Founded by Noemio Bacci in 1947 and now led by the fourth generation, the roots run deep in the hills of Gualdo Cattaneo, Umbria. On 36 hectares, 11,000 olive trees flourish: Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccino.
Quality begins at the source
The olives are hand-picked and cold-pressed within 24 hours in their family-owned mill. This preserves everything that makes the oil exceptional: aroma, polyphenols, and purity.
