Terms and conditions

§ 1 Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop, operated by Amalphis PS GmbH, Donau-City-Straße 3, Office 1, 1220 Vienna, Austria (FN 648384 g, VAT ID ATU82121623).

§ 2 Formation of the contract

The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a binding offer. By clicking "Buy", you place a binding order. A purchase contract is formed upon express order confirmation or delivery of the goods.

§ 3 Prices and payment

All prices are final prices including statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown during checkout. Shipping is free for orders of €35 or more in Austria, Germany, Switzerland and Poland. Payment by credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

§ 4 Delivery

Delivery within 2–3 working days after receipt of payment to Austria, Germany and Switzerland. We also deliver to Poland. Shipping via DHL, DPD or Austrian Post.

§ 5 Retention of title and warranty

The goods remain our property until payment has been received in full. Statutory warranty rights apply.

§ 6 Applicable law

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Vienna is the place of jurisdiction for business customers.
