How supply works
- Apply for a business account: enter your company name, VAT ID, delivery address and type of business in the company form.
- Approval: we check your details, usually within one working day. You then see your net prices and carton units in the shop.
- Order: online in your account, on WhatsApp or by e-mail. Previous orders can be repeated with one click.
- Delivery: free in Vienna in 1–2 working days, 2–5 working days in the rest of Austria. The invoice comes with 15-day payment terms.

Do you deliver outside Vienna?
Yes, throughout Austria, usually in 2–5 working days. Deliveries to Germany, Switzerland and Poland are also possible.
Is there a minimum order quantity?

How do I get the net prices?
Once your business account is approved, you see your net prices directly in the shop. VAT (10%) is shown at checkout.
Can I pay on invoice?
Yes, approved business customers pay on invoice with 15-day payment terms. Submitting the company form alone does not unlock invoice payment.
Do you offer fixed delivery intervals?
